Mana Market ("we," "us," or "our") operates mana-market.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep it short because we only collect what we actually need.
Email address. If you submit your email through our "Notify Me" form or contact form, we store that address to send you launch updates or respond to your inquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing aloha@mana-market.com.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. We do not set any first-party cookies ourselves beyond what is necessary to operate the site.
When you request access, we collect your name, email, organization, area of interest, and optional message. We use it only to review your request and respond personally. Requests are reviewed manually and no automated email is sent. If approved, we share a private link by hand. Opening it sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days, and it is used only for access to the materials you were invited to view.
If you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand site usage. Analytics is not loaded before you accept. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Google's collection and use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a product link and make a purchase on Amazon, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Amazon's privacy practices are governed by Amazon's Privacy Notice.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of that information, and opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell personal data). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aloha@mana-market.com.
We retain email addresses submitted through our forms until you request removal. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention policies.
This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the business grows. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
